Notes & Special Issues

Volunteers must bring their own kayak or canoe and PFD to launch from this site and pick up trash on the beautiful (but trashy) marshes of Little Hunting Creek. Wear solid footware that will not slip on muddy marshland. Bring a hat and sunscreen, and water. You will likely see great blue herons, ducks, maybe even an eagle!
