Directions

Directions: Croydon Creek Nature Center is located within the Rockville Civic Center Park, which is east of Rockville Pike. Look for the brown and white signs directing you to the Croydon Creek Nature Center.

If going south on Route 355, turn left onto First Street (a.k.a. Rt. 28). Make a right onto Baltimore Road. Stay on Baltimore Road going straight at the stop sign. Then left onto Avery Road. Follow it around until you see our parking lot and the nature center on your right.

If necessary, call the center for directions at 240-314-8770.

All participants are welcome to join us for a Clean Up Meet Up at Saints Row Brewing (1211 Taft St, Rockville). This is a family friendly event with an onsite food truck and beer specials for volunteers over 21.

3rd Annual Roberto Clemente MS Schoolyard Cleanup

Cleanup Event

RCMS schoolyard cleanup for RCMS community and all other MCPS students. Up to 100 students may participate. Come prepared with long sleeve shirts and pants that cover you completely. Bring sun protection, insect repellent, water, or any supplies you would like to donate.

Sela PCS Neighborhood Cleanup

Cleanup Event

The Sela PCS family will join the residents of the school neighborhood and help cleanup school grounds and nearby streets. Trash will be collected, mulch will be spread, and flowers will be planted. Roll up your sleeves, grab your gloves, and come help the kids spruce up their neighborhood!
