This Cleanup is part of the Potomac River Watershed Cleanup

. Join the Eco-Action Team in its 5th annual stream cleanup in Gaithersburg as part of the creation-care outreach of St. Rose. We are partnering with the City of Gaithersburg for Green Up Day and with the Greater Potomac Watershed Cleanup: Two hours beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 14, 2018. Meet on Rabbitt Road where it crosses over the stream, Long Draught Branch. Dress appropriately for wet ground and some briars. Tools for reaching litter would be useful. Other supplies will be provided. Please register with Pat Cuff at so we can get a count for supplies. Confirmation and details will be sent to registrants in the week before the event.

Directions: On, enter address 428 Rabbitt Rd, Gaithersburg 20878 near the edge of Robertson Park, Gaithersburg. Long Draft Branch crosses under Rabbitt Road in the bottom of the valley.


From the intersection of Quince Orchard Road and Clopper Road: Take Clopper Road West. At first traffic light turn left on Firstfield. Immediately bear right on Quince Orchard Blvd. Go past swimming pool on right and turn right on Rabbitt Road. Robertson Park is on the left.
