2019 Big County Spring Stream Cleanup Launching
Neabsco Creek- Eagles Park
Prince William County, Prince William Soil and Water, Prince William Trails and Streams and Woodbridge Potomac Community Civic Association partner to help keep the Neabsco Watershed Clean.

Support and promote plastic pollution and water quality awareness in PWC waterways. Join the water quality awareness campaign to give a treat to the beautiful Neabsco Creek which is close to the New Woodbridge Boardwalk and Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail.

Prince William County residents and students who need community service hours are all invited to this event at Eagle Park (above Julie J. Metz Neabsco Creek Wetlands Preserve) in Woodbridge.
In 2018, over 4280 pounds of trash was collected from this site ( 132 litter bags and 37 tires).

Volunteers' Parking: Neabsco Eagles Park (15801 Neabsco Road, Woodbridge), The cleanup site is a short walk from the park.

Notes & Special Issues

Wetland area that receives all the stormwater from the Neabsco Watershed. This area always has mines of trash dominantly plastic bottles after every storm.
